    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before movement is reflected on the travel history.
  • What are the delivery options for TOOSA products?
    We offer free local curbside pick up after your purchase with TOOSA. You just have to book your desired pick up time from the appointment's tab on our website to schedule your curbside pick up from our warehouse after placing your order! We have a flat shipping fee of $100 CAD within lower mainlands. If you are located outside of lower mainlands, please contact an agent (sales@toosa.ca) with your shipping location and interested products and we'll provide you with an estimate. Delivery times range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Expedited options are also available.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    Delivery fees vary based on location and order size. Orders over $3000 qualify for free shipping.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    We have a showroom located in Richmond, BC, where you can preview the items before making a purchase.

    Yes, our products come with easy-to-follow instructions and all necessary hardware for assembly. Assembly services are also available upon request for an additional fee.
